Welcome to Don Jose Gallego
Principal's Message
Dear Liger Families, Welcome back! I hope you all enjoyed a restful winter break filled with family, friends, and well-deserved relaxation. There is a special energy in the hallways this week as students reconnect with friends and settle back into their routines. As we begin the spring semester, we turn a new page. This is a time for renewal—a chance to set new goals, build on the progress made in the fall, and approach learning with fresh eyes. Our Focus for the Spring: Academic Growth: We will continue to challenge students to reach their personal bests as we prepare for end-of-year milestones. Character: We are focusing on empowering, kindness, and respect this quarter. Attendance: Being present every day is the biggest predictor of success. Let’s strive for excellent attendance this semester! Our partnership with you is vital. Whether it is reading with your child at night, volunteering, or simply asking "What did you learn today?", your engagement makes a difference. Let’s make this a wonderful semester of growth and discovery. Warmly, Mrs. A. Almanza Principal
